Exclusive Marketing Services

Advertising: I advertise regularly in the local papers and various widely distributed home magazines.

Custom Brochures: Custom brochures are printed and distributed to real estate offices in the area of your property. The brochures are also available inside your home for showing and in an exterior brochure box.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS): On the next business day following the signing of the listing agreement, your property is put into the computer with an extra full supplement highlighting your property’s special features. This will set your property apart from many of the other properties listed. The MLS allows access to all agents and brokers who are members of the MLS, so that they may contribute to find a buyer for your property.

Customer for Sale Sign/Programmable Lockbox: Many properties are sold from “sign calls.” We have many signs on properties throughout the area with our direct phone number on them. People looking for properties in particular neighborhoods usually call after seeing a sign. Our direct phone line on these signs allows more effective handling of these buyer’s calls. Also, the newly designed programmable lockboxes allow more security for you and your family. It also ensures that the property is never off the market, even if you go to the grocery store for an hour.

Information Questionnaires: Our team has designed several exclusive forms that are very helpful and provide feedback from agents who have previewed and/or have shown your property. You will get copies of these completed questionnaires to keep you well informed.

Exercise Control: As a strong, competent team, we ensure that your transaction is handled and negotiated in a professional manner throughout the selling process. We eliminate problems beforehand where a less competent agent would not prevail.

Keep You Informed: I will furnish copies of all ads that run on your property. I will provide you with copies of the MLS printout with the full supplement, and also copies of all questionnaires and other marketing tools.
